Asparron Capital, LLC Has Finalized the Purchase of Jar and Closures Assets from CSI/Cosmolab and Formed a New Independent Company -- Cosmetic Specialties International, LLC.

Cosmetic Specialties International (CSI LLC) has formally separated from CSI-Cosmolab to better provide cosmetics, skin care and personal care customers with rapid tooling and high-precision plastic injection molding from its Oxnard, CA-based manufacturing facility.
