Order Processing

If received by 3:00 PM Pacific Time all stock item orders will be processed and shipped by the next business day. Custom items should allow up to six weeks for production and shipping. We will always confirm the actual shipping date of your order so you may plan accordingly.

Payment

A written purchase order must be issued for all orders. Please fax to (805) 487-1967. We accept cash payments in advance or over a 30 day net period (upon approved credit).

Shipping

All shipments must be scheduled the day prior to shipping so that a dock appointment can be allocated. Please notify us if you cannot make your scheduled pickup time. All goods will be shipped freight collect or third party billing, with no additional freight charges. You may opt for UPS shipment for a 20% additional fee if you use our account to prepay. You may supply us with your account number to avoid this additional charge. Do let us know of any special shipping requirements you have and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Damages

Though our customers report very few damages, you should always check your order carefully before signing the paperwork. As title and possession of goods passes to buyer upon receipt of carrier, any claims should be addressed to the carrier within 7 days of receipt of goods. All UPS orders are insured. Simply call 1-800-PICK-UPS or visit their website at www.ups.com to file a claim.
