December 2008 Introducing 'green' packaging CSI LLC continues to expand its green initiative with the introduction of Bio-Based jars and closures. Bio-Based jars are made from a new hybrid resin blended with 32% natural, renewable plant-based resin. In addition to Bio-Based CSI also offer a line of jar and closure made from PIR (post industrial resin).
